Dr. Lisa Jeanson closed her practice in Penn valley Ca. approx. 6 months ago. I am on thyroid medication, I needed Lisa to approve the refills,I called the Pharmacy, they are the ones that told me she closed her practice. I phones her practice, requesting my medical records, 4 times, to no avail...to this ate July 24, 2014, I still do not have my records. 2 different Drs. had me sign releases so they could get my records, they still do not have them. I made another call to another Drs. office today, will not mention the name, this office told me 2 times now, they will let Lisa know I want my records...I did not receive the all. When Lisa closed her office, she did not send a letter, no phone call, no email letting me know of such closure.
