My primary which I thought was a different doctor was actually this gentleman. Although he is nice and polite, The office he works at has sceduled me multiple times without my knowledge, They have tried to charge me for missed appointments (which I have called after the fact and they "said" they fixed it so I do not have to pay. I just recieved a letter stating that the RN is releasing me and will no longer take care of me for too many missed appointments. In over a year I have missed 2 appointments, but the administration says I have missed 7 appointments. When I asked what the appeal process is, I was told there is none. I have 23 days to find a new primary to have my medical records transferred to them or my records will be deleted. I asked if I could talk to the first doctor I dealt with when I first joined and was told no again by the staff. They would not help me, They refused and information and was snotty about it.
