When doctors do things outside of there licenses such as surgery it is a Criminal Assault, when organizations such as the CPSO does nothing its a Breach of Trust, when a doctor writes a report 5-7 years after the assault and utilizes injuries sustained after the fact is is a complete fraud on the part of that specialists, all in an effort to protect and cover-up Crimes, committed.

If this doctor was to suggest that he can operate on you- please RUN, he is not a surgeon and will never be one.

This doctor claimed to me that he was a surgeon and operated on me with a doctor called "E Robinson" which I later found out was an Intern- It turns out the surgery was a hack job and I had to go back in and have real surgery by a real surgeon DR Kerestichie" - It turns out that this doctors did this several times before and hand has been sued- In my case he was released by the then Wellesley Hospital in Shame and disgust. He is now an active GP at North York General with but limited to being a GP and not his previous fraudulent activity as Surgeon- Do not let him even remove a hang nail, he is incompetent as doctor and Surgeon which he is not. It is time that The College of Physicians recognize that they cannot have GP undertake Public trust in a patients care especially when GP such as this cannot recognize their limitations. Doing what DR Kenneth Uffen did is fraud and misrepresentation- This in any other part of the World is Criminal Activity.
