Don’t take her as you GP. She showed me how a doctor can be purely money-driven without any compassion towards her patients. She shouldn’t be a doctor.

Dr. Novac is truly TERRIBLE. I regret ever switching to her as my GP. She is condescending, treats you like you are too stupid to understand her 'recommendation' and then claims your medical concerns are due to anxiety. I have never in my life felt as disregarded as with this doctor. I have nothing positive to add.

I find Dr.Novac and her staff are very helpful.
She efficiently gets you into tests that are needed
She calls you with your results to put your mind at ease
You can get an appointment in a timely matter which is extremely convenient
Her preventative medicine has prevented me from having potential issues
Great doctor ❤️

WORST DOCTOR EVER! NO EMPATHY NO KNOWLEDGE USELESS!
Does not care about her elderly patients or any patients for that matter.
DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR! Her secretary is awful as well.

writeen this note with my broken heart. My family and I have been patients of Dr. Anca Novac for several years. My mother, unfortunately, is in the final stage of her life and has a bed sore on the sacrum and I called the doctor to please tell me that she could place my mother and she told me that I should take her to her office and I replied that She couldn't, she's dying and she told me she was sorry but she had to be physically in the office because the government doesn't pay her later and I told her how to transport them and she said that's my problem.
Today, February 14 at 9:00 a.m., I arrived at her office and told her, doctor, I have a video for my mother to see my mother's condition, and she told me impertinently, "Don't show me anything, put that away, I'm not interested in what that video contains.
I came home crying without knowing what to do and thinking that not everyone who claims to be a doctor does it out of love for their profession and patients.
Dr. Anca Novak only thinks about the money that the patient can generate for her.

She is the worse family doctor I ever seen in my life. When my mom was diagnosed with cancer she was not even able to recommend you to a specialist but rather send the recommendation to no one , And will call mom to complain about me rather than discuss her health situation. She did not even ask me to bring mom to at least see her even though she has not seen her for last 2 years-This doctor only care to swipe card) and has no respect or compassion for her patients. When asking her to send you for annual check is like you are asking her for something impossible a. She will not send you to specialist because she will think she knows everything- The reality is she wants to swipe the card $$$- Please avoid this family doctor as she is unprofessional and her knowledge is very limited.

Disgusting bed-side manner. She deserves to have her medical license revoked for the way she treats patients. Do yourself a favour and find yourself a different doctor.

Dr. Novac has been an excellent physician for my elderly dad. She has kept me up to date on blood test results, and called on a Sunday afternoon after receiving results that needed immediate action. She's attentive, empathetic and efficient. Highly recommend her. Her staff have also been professional and helpful.
