It used to be a nice place to go to until they changed the customer service in the front desk. Too bad. I went there for an eye emergency and asked to be seen by anyone there. The tattoo lady at the front desk, I don't even know her name! The people were visible so I know anyone could have helped me, but she was rude to me and husband. I asked her for help on where to go as I lost my sight and had lots of pain, but she just said in a rude manner "I can't help you".... I was hoping at least an emergency clinic, another optometrist. The only thing she said was I will give you an appointment with the owner.... What a bad customer service and too bad they are giving this image

While a nice person, Dr. Lafleur's office sells eyeglasses and contact lenses. As I wanted to purchase glasses online (like many these days), his office refused to provide me the pupil distance (P.D.) as part of my prescription. The real conflict of interest is that they actually did the measurement and now keep it as part of my file. The only time they would use this information is if I bought glasses from them. I went to the doctor to get my eyes checked and to obtain a eye glass prescription, not for him to hold collateral over me in exchange for more business. Time to find a new Optometrist! Oh and by the way, most of the smart ones are starting to provide the P.D. measurement without any hassle.
