Prof Lautenbach is the most wonderful Dr. He might not have the best bedside manner but once you get to know him you realize what a special person he is. My daughter picked up sepsis at a Life hospital in April 2012 and we had her transferred to Milpark soon after where she was treated for sepsis in her hip joint. This wonderful man got her sorted and by August 2012 she was able to have a total hip replacement by his counterpart Prof Weber. We can not thank Prof Lautenbach enough for what he did. He saved my daughters life at the age of 21........

The most amazing Dr ever, after 4 months at a hospital in Joburg I was transfered to Dr Lautenbach and within 6 weeks 13 bacteria were cleared and my foot & ankle surgery highly successful. He's an amazing dr. Highly recommend him.

Professor Lautenbach is a great Dr I have come across. He helped my mom who had a heap problem for years. At one stage I thought my mom was gonna die. Prof did a heap replacement on her in 2015. My mom was hospitalised for 5 months . Now my mom walks without the aid of a walker. She still attends sessions with Professor. My daughter want to study orthopaedic too. She was inspired by the job done by Lautenbach. Keep .up the good job .

Was under his care since May till October 2013 clearing her sepsis! He is the GURU of SEPSIS!! What a wonderful man!
