Dr. Fragosa is a good doctor, HOWEVER the staff are not that great. Always unwilling to help over the phone..."go to the portal"... and that is another nightmare. If there was another doctor that was closer to me & would not be using this practice...

Front desk staff is horrible. Computer booking system is horrible as well. Unable to book appts by phone and when attempting first thing in morning (7:30 am) always already book and have to try the next day. If I could get a doctor closer to where I live I would. Dr. Forgosa is knowlegable and a good doctor, but she is extremely busy and have to wait in office about 30 to 45 mins to see for your appt. Feel rushed once I get to see her. :-(

I agree Dr. Fragosa is an excellent doctor and find no complaints with her as a physician. However, her staff and system for booking an appointment is terrible. You cannot call and book an appointment, you need to book an appointment through an online portal. Not everyone has access to online booking. Even when you do have access, you cannot book because there are no appointments available, and this is just for a hone appointment. If it's something serious enough to need an in person appt you first need the phone appointment. I have been trying for over 2 weeks to book a phone appointment and every time I am able to get online, there are no appointments available. The staff are not helpful, they never return calls, they never book appointments, all they do is respond to an email and say you must book online. While the online can be a help, it should never replace the actual ability to also call and book an appointment. Seems the lack of family doctors in NS is being taken advantage of

Dr. Fragosa is very knowledgeable and is very genuine with her words and actions , does not beat around the bush and lays it out straight ,,, much appreciated ..... only downfall is her "lack of support staff" , calls and emails not returned are the norm ,, and if you have an emergency , just go ,,, you need to make an appointment a month in advance every time ......

I have been a patient of Dr. Fragosa for 8 years and am very happy. She does operate a busy practice and sometimes there is a wait to see her. I find when I do see her she is not in a rush and takes the time required. I believe her practice is full, otherwise would for sure recommend her to others.

Although Dr Fragosa is a wonderful doctor I find the wait times to be unacceptable. Twice I have called for an urgent appointment and was told there was a 1 month waiting time. The first was to have prescriptions filled and the second was due to a bad cough that I have had for 3 weeks. On both occasions I was told to go to a walk-in clinic. What's the sense in having a family doctor if you can't get to see them. I am very disappointed and am seeking a new doctor.

Dr. Fragosa is dedicated to her patients...thorough and available in any emergency type appointment needed--she is available during the hours she states that her office is open, and has directives for her patients for other than her regular office hours. Also, she does not reorder tests at the request of a person should she deem them unnecessary /if that test has already been done--responsible use of the health dollar!--She will refer to another health specialist if necessary.
