After spending 1500 I was told all was inconclusive and I would have to retake the test. No way will I spend that much more out of pocket for another inconclusive. Also no one ever informed me of the amount or if anthem would allow it prior to it being done.

He totally missed my nasal polyps diagnosis and treated me instead for sleep/allergy with CPAP and nasal spray, which never worked. He should have recommended an MRI and an otolaryngologist. Surgery with a skilled oto and twice daily use of the netti pot have cured me. Seeing Zedalis was a waste of time.
