Very thorough and explains everything at the appointments and pre surgery.

The front desk staff is a little off putting but the rest of the staff are amazing. Dr Shanthanna is not only brilliant, he is also so compassionats and helpful. I have a rare diagnosis and he is educated and well versed in it.

Fantastic doctor; very pleasant and knowledgeable young doctor who runs the pain clinic at St. Joes. He did laser surgery on my husband's lower back. He could hardly walk for several years and had chronic pain from osteoarthritis in his spine ; he also lived on pain killers. After the surgery, he got up and walked to the car, without any assistance. The day after surgery he went for a short walk unassisted, and without a cane. Thank you so much we just can't say enough positive things about Dr. Shanthanna.
