I think this dr considers the Status Quo more than the needs of her patients…it is truly a disservice to treat the aging patients with the same fears of the younger generation.

Dr. Hwang is an amazing doctor. So thorough. So friendly. So informative. King and caring. Felt at ease the moment she walked through the door. It was my first visit with her my former MD retired when covid hit. She addressed each concern and referred me to the necessary specialists. So glad to have such a caring physician attend to my medical needs.

I had a wonderful encounter with Dr. Hwang recently when she was the doctor on-call for the afterhours clinic. She is not my regular GP (even though I wish she was!) but she was very thorough, kind, caring, and made me feel at ease over my urgent health concern while my own GP was away. She also followed up with me regarding results and it was really appreciated. Her staff was friendly and very accomodating. If she treats her random on-call patients this way, I can't imagine how well her own practice patients are cared for. I would not complain about her staff if I had this amazing doctor! Thank you again Dr. Hwang and staff!

Dr. Hwang is a wonderful GP. Kind, caring and empathetic. The receptionist is another story. Mean as a snakebit snapping turtle. Rude and condescending. Please hire someone with a little more personality.

Dr. Hwang is a great doctor, but the receptionist is rude beyond belief. She is incredibly unhelpful and is downright rude and patronizing to patients. Every time I'm in the office, I hear her on the phone talking to other patients to same way too, so know it's not just me. She just makes you not want to make an appointment with the clinic. I like the doctor so I'll be staying around for now but will be looking elsewhere for me and my family for more comprehensive health services going forward to avoid having to engage with this woman.

Doctor Hwang is great. Receptionist is terrible. I will stick around for this doctor, but it wouldn't surprise me if she lost patients because of the people at the front desk.

Dr. Hwang is the best GP I have ever had. She is kind, compassionate, and takes the time to really listen and talk with her patients.. and somehow she is always on time! Staff have been kind and helpful- they answer your emails/calls as fast as they can. The office has an on call MD in the evenings as well, and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the other Mds so far too. Thank you Dr. Hwang & staff!

Dr. Christine Hwang, is very personable + caring. I’ve met with her twice after the birth of my twins, and she was great. It’s a shame that such a wonderful doctor is in an office with such horrible receptionist. At the beginning of covid during the initial lockdown - the receptionist called me and asked me to go out and get a new health card as my Red and white one involved too much paperwork. I explained to her I had 2 babies at home, and it was not safe to go out for this reason. Most recently Jan 2022 - her receptionist called me again saying “You havent seen us in a while and are due for a Pap smear, or did you find a new family doctor yet.” I explained to her that I was told I could not come visit the office until I got a new health card that was not Red and white, and I wasn’t able to as I have two toddlers. but I which she advised best to go out and make an Appointment. This office is not understanding - if you are a new mother and or have a red and white health card, do not go here. It will cause you more stress. It saddens me to give this rating, but Dr. Hwang will surely lose many patients due to her office staff.

Dr. Hwang is so nice and a great doctor. She has been the doctor for me and my family for a couple of years now and we feel lucky to have such a caring GP for our whole family. Her admin staff have been very responsive and great too!

Dr. Hwang and her front staff are wonderful. Especially during this Covid pandemic, they have remained available unlike some other doctors offices I hear and they have been very supportive, sending email updates and providing virtual care. Thank you Dr. Hwang and staff!!
