Dr Munro doesnt seem to know what to do regarding various and persistant symptoms. She doesnt always take important factors into account when prescribing medications (ex. age of older patient)nor does she seem to care much about patients wellbeeing. In our case, she also didnt arrange for important follow ups that had been reccommended by our dad's specialist which led to worsening of some of his symptoms and minor stroke. She did'nt seem to review the file and various reports to address issues and ensure appropriate action. One time there was some swelling and tingling sensation in one hand and she bluntly said that the 15 minutes appointment was up and we had to leave. We asked her help and she simply replied that we book another appointment with her when she got back from her vacation ... we finally went to the emergency where a series of tests were done which led to an effective treatment plan to adress the underlying medical problem...she lost our trust
