Alicia was the main reason I continued going to the Copley branch of Harvard Vanguard (besides that it was conveniently located for me). After a bad experience with my original PCP at that branch, I decided to try a different doctor. I am so glad that I started going to Alicia for my visits! She is incredibly sweet and made me feel at ease. It can be frustrating to have a number of chronic health issues at once and I was so grateful for Alicia's sincere niceness and patience to get to the bottom of my issues. Thank you.
