The new Lipo AI procedure is amazing!! I have had traditional lipo in the past and the difference between the two is incredible! I was able to be up and walking around the next day with no problem, compared to traditional lipo that had me needing help getting around. It is an absolutely amazing procedure and Dr. Ellen and her staff is always so caring!

Excellent results, Dr. Ellen Janetzke is very professional and she understands as a woman what I really needed to get done and I got the results I wanted. I did a tummy tuck and breast implant removal and a lift. I feel fully recover and 100 percent satisfied.

Every single staff member was so genuinely caring and were always very informative. I felt very comfortable and safe and in good hands with all of them :) My surgery was a breast reduction which was so quick and easy in the recovery period and at the surgery center. The following months my incisions and overall surgery healed beautifully and any concerns or questions I had were met with explanation and solution instantly by Dr Ellen or the nurses. I wish I had all of their names but each and every woman on this team is so helpful and smart and sweet !! I am so so grateful and happy with the results of my procedure and the care I received here.

Two months ago I called to get in for a consultation and was told R would get back to me as soon as possible. I called back yesterday and was told the same thing, except the person who talked to me seemed annoyed when I said that I was wondering how many more weeks I would have to wait to get a consultation. This place seems to be run on something other than care for patients and I may have dodged a bullet.

After losing over 100 lbs from gastric bypass surgery I felt the time had come to address my excess skin issues. Dr Ellen said she was going to do all 3 areas (breast, abdomen and arms) in one surgery. BIG MISTAKE!! After a very brief stay in the recovery room after the surgery I was taken up to the room where I was going to finish recovering for the rest of my hospital stay. After the nurses transferred me into the bed all I can remember was feeling extremely agitated and having an overwhelming desire to leave. As the nurses came in to monitor my vitals they all realized that they were having a very hard time getting any vitals. At this point I was going in and out of conciousness and at some point a Trauma Team was called in. Apparently Dr Ellen hit an artery or failed to close an artery when she had been doing the abdominalplasty. Ok Drs are human and all humans make mistakes right? Not Dr Ellen. I believe she thinks she is above human error. At some point I was taken back down to the operating room, stat and I came to just in time to hear the Trama Team Manager on the phone basically yelling at Dr Ellen because she must have been telling him she would just fix it in the morning (at this point I now know I had been hemorrhaging for 7 or 8 hours). He yelled at her and said words that I will never forget "This cannot wait til the morning. She won't be here in the morning". At some point he convinced her to get her arrogant asp back to the hospital and I underwent an emergency surgery to save my life.
I don't know if it was because of having 2 major surgeries or having so many procedures done at once or a combination of both but the recovery was absolutely the most painful and miserable experience I have ever experienced in my life. I felt like a Mack truck ran me over, backed up over me and then ran over me again. After 4 days of severe pain it was time for me to go home according to insurance standards and I actually did not want to leave the hospital because I could barely even get out of bed. This was the most horrible experience and a near death experience all at the same time.
After 6 months of hard recovery at home I was satisfied with the job she did with my body but had I known what I was going to go through to achieve the results I would never have done it.

I am unsure about the review below, but my experience was wonderful! Dr. Ellen and her staff are so knowledgeable and explain everything in great detail. I have never waited more than 5 minutes to be taken back for an appointment. I love my results and follow up care as well! She truly gave me back my body and I am so grateful!

Awful consultation. Had to sit in the waiting room for over an hour. Dr. Ellen seemed to be very rushed and did not sound confident at all about the discussed procedures. I left the visit very unsure and uncomfortable and never went back again. Dr. who shows no confidence is his/her work is not worth trusting with any type of work on any part of my body.

Dr Ellen performed a leg lift on me that really looked great and on a follow up visit she said that she did not like the look of one of the scars. She performed an office procedure and made it look great. Super nice doc and wonderful staff.
