I really like her a lot. She is very compassionate, understanding, and easy to talk to. She takes her time to explain things in easy to understand terms. She is also thorough and is not one of those doctors to just throw medication at you, she will investigate first before deciding on the treatment plan

One of the best doctors I have ever had. She is very caring, understanding and always willing to go the extra mile to figure out your medical issues. She always makes time to listen and involve you in the decision-making process. I leave satisfied knowing that I got the best medical care possible. She has put the CARE back in our healthcare system. Prince Albert is losing one of its best and I will sadly miss her and her caring positive attitude.

Very rude Doctor...saw her at walk in clinic in Scarborough..very unprofessional...did not listen to my issue.. NEVER see this doctor...you will just gonna be wasting your time

I visited Dr. Eriny Shams as a walk in patient since my family doc had moved away. I would never make her my family doctor. She is rude, unfriendly, cold and always seems to be disinterested in your health condition. She also never wants to answer any questions you may have. She did not even tell me about precautions I should take due to my health condition, despite me asking her, which led to my conditioning worsening. Eventually, I visited other doctors and read some books to get a better understanding of my condition. Though I must add that she was able to diagnose my problem accurately, which is why I ended up going back to her several times. I would not recommend her to anyone.

I go to this clinic to see her. She is very friendly and is always thorough . The clinic wait time is long . Our family can't wait till she starts accepting patients!
