I called the clinic and ask the receptionist if there office accepted Eye Med insurance before driving to Liberal from Guymon Oklahoma, I was told that YES we accept this insurance, I took off work to drive 80 miles to this clinic only to find that they do not accept this insurance, I went on the web site also there site does not say Eye MEd was on of there providers. This idiot that works the front desk is such a stupid idiot that she has new patience drive no telling how many mile to find out that they are not accepting our insurance, this stupid blonde try to tell me that I had a discount card, not insurance, upon call Eye Med I found this another lie she was telling, the doctor even called me and try to feed me a line of bull to cover the clinics backside. It is my sole mission to reach as many people in Liberal Kansas to educate on the horrible way they treat there patience. Run Run don't walk for this lying office. I had rather ware glasses from a monkeys butt then have this office take care of my needs.
