It’s a shame how one opinion of a person who knows nothing about you can ruin your future.

Showed up 30 minutes late to appointment. Was incredibly unprofessional and not a good listener whatsoever. Office is unorganized, just like her. Would not recommend to anyone.

Dr Rafanello is very professional. Listens , and uses her skills with a logical way. She uses dialectical behavioral therapy which is a method that helps patients who suffer, manage to cope with life stresses. She is always available and very supportive. She truly is a relieve. Her clinic is very well organized , and comfortable. She is unique in her smart and logic ways of treatment. She handles very hard cases and has high rates of cure. She also has a good experience in her field. I would highly recommend her.
