Dr. Dvorak was the start of my mother’s descent into passing away. It started with a chest tube that he installed in the middle of the early morning hours in late September 2016. The Drs notifies us that 12hrs earlier they would be installing a secondchest tube for a pneumothorax that had reoccurred. There was no sedative given and the lidocaine that was given did not work either. Dr. Dvorak continued shoving the chest tube as my mother screamed and cried. Soon into the procedure she closed her eyes and sobbed.
That traumatic experience was the beginnings of the end of my mother’s life. She had been fighting cancer and was winning until she was unable to have her chemo treatments due to being in and out of the hospital and psychiatric unit due to a psychological break that was brought on by the chest tube insertion placed by Dr. Dvorak.
She was 78 yrs old and should never have been forced to suffer that kind of trauma. She worked daily, went to bingo 2 times a week and went to workout 3 days a week. She loved her family and friends and was always up for s party and dancing.
So Dr. Dvorak I will never thank you for touching my mom. Phyllis Strabel. I hope and pray that one day you suffer what u caused my family to suffer.

He takes such great care of his patients pre op and post op. He followed up in the hospital regularly. Great surgeon
