She is friendly, thorough and willing to listen and discuss any concerns I may have. She is always late, sometimes up to an hour, but once she is with me, she takes whatever time I need.

Dr Sunoo is an excellent, very thorough doctor, but essentially a pill pusher. She exhibits a caring attitude, but seems to have an obsession with getting the numbers right. Do not expect any extensive discussion of your condition or treatment or any significant consideration of alternative therapies. The biggest issue I have had after going to her for a number of years has been punctuality. I have NEVER been seen any earlier than 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time and sometimes had to wait over an hour. Now this may just be due to bad scheduling by the staff or an excessive patient load, but it is truly aggravating, I have considered dropping her several times, but she is VERY thorough and easy to talk to.

Brilliant and compassionate. I have on occasion had a short wait for an appointment, but I figure, the Doctor is just spending time with a Patient who needs the time and attention. This doc listens and responds well to patients.

Dr. Sunoo is very thorough, caring, and smart. I highly recommend her. She listens to my concerns, addresses all of them, and she doesn't make you feel rushed.
