Dr Hrazdil is the most thorough, helpful & knowledgeable neurologist I've had since I was diagnosed decades ago. Dr. Hrazdil also listens which is very important for ANY patient ! TY

I feel I must say something after reading all these glowing reviews. The doctor made 4 prescription errors! The worst was sending replies to a pharmacy in West Van 3 times to which I have no connection. Ignored my pharmacy's 3 FAXes and my 2 phone calls. Finally I sent an email to another doctor there and she called 2 days later sounding exasperated. I've been going to this pharmacy for 25 years and all FAXes are sent there. I've been going to her and her previous doctors all that time. Her excuse was that they put the store number on their FAX. My pharmacist also called me another time to say he had to send several FAXes before getting a reply and another time the dosage was wrong. I was also sent to get an MRI and when I got there was told they advised against it as it would be risky so I went home. Please doctors stop recommending her!

She looked at achart the entire time in er and didnt examine me and called me by the wrong name constantly

Dr H is an incredible epileptologist. I have not seen her as a patient - I am a physician and have referred several patients to her. Thorough, intelligent and passionate. Keep up the good work.

I think Dr. Hrazdil is amazing. Prior to seeing her I was seen by three other neurologists and she is by far the most knowledgeable and interested. It took a few visits to get to know her and adjust to her "style" of operating. She's very intelligent and straight forward but not necessarily the touchy feely type, she has a job to do, and she does it - thankfully! We travel to see her and she always takes the time to talk to us and explain things. If anything is amiss between appointments she will phone and discuss the situation, prescribe new meds or med changes, and follow up. And, through all the med trials and shite she hasn't given up on me! I feel confident that she will be beside me through this mess and will find a solution.

I found her very cold. She told me I have a brain tumour over the phone, a 5 min phone call that changed my life. She is smart but has no social skills.

Dr Hrazdil is very knowledgeable but can seem to be a little on the cold side. She stays up to date on everything but is very straight forward and to the point which can be great but sometimes she needs to be a little more comforting. She told me results to an MRI in a 5 min phone call instead of coming into the office.

After Dr. Townsend left, I was worried there wouldn’t be another good epileptologist, but Dr. Hrazdil is very good. She cares and she’s up to date on latest treatments.
