Dr. Jawanda is not only incredibly personable and easy to talk to, but her expertise in medication is truly remarkable. After just one visit, I already feel 50 percent better. Even amidst stress, her positive outlook on life is truly uplifting.

Staff cut the phone on you and make appointments for things I’ve said I’ve already done before. No attention to detail or care for the patient.

Doctor has zero compassion or care. She works odd hours or always on vacation. Never accessible or there for her patients when in need. She’s like a lifeless robot just reiterating the same things again and again.

I who does not have a medical background at all, self diagnosed myself with an illness. I told her the first time - she dismissed it, second time I went in again because of pain - then she agreed with me. Waste of time when patients diagnose better than the doctor.

Patients know their bodies and we know when something is off. She needs to listen to our concerns rather than brush them off.

Reception staff are unwelcoming and not helpful.

I had a disappointing experience with this doctor and their staff. The overall lack of empathy for patients was evident from the moment I entered the clinic. Both the staff and the doctor exhibited rude behavior, making the entire visit an unpleasant ordeal.

The doctor, in particular, seemed to have serious ego issues. There was a noticeable lack of compassion and understanding, leaving me feeling dismissed and disregarded as a patient. Effective communication is a fundamental aspect of healthcare, and unfortunately, it was sorely lacking in this case.

Dealing with health concerns can be stressful, and encountering a medical professional and staff with such a dismissive attitude only exacerbates the situation. I hope that this review serves as constructive feedback for improvement, as cultivating a compassionate and patient-centered approach is crucial in the field of healthcare.

I believe that a positive doctor-patient relationship is not only beneficial for the patient's well-being but also reflects the professionalism and integrity of the medical practice as a whole. I encourage the doctor and their staff to consider the importance of empathy in healthcare and strive for a more patient-focused approach in the future.

Diagnosed me with something I don’t have and took pills for it for 3 years until I changed doctors and they told me I don’t even have what she diagnosed me with.

It’s almost impossible to reach reception, and when you do get an appointment it feels like a waste of time anyway, because the answers to your questions are rushed or not explained at all. The doctor spends no time explaining test results when they come irregular, and often leaves you confused. She also refuses to spend more than 2 minutes with you, and is outright rude and unprofessional. I understand that she has a busy schedule but there is no need to berate your patients, when you can communicate your restraints in a calm manner. Dr. Jawanda makes her appointments feel anxiety inducing, and she also is willing to share personal information to family members. While I tried my hardest to like Dr. Jawanda her attitude, eye rolls, and overall treatment makes it very hard to do so. I think she forgets that as patients we often have very little understanding about the human body, and when we express our concerns, she treats us as if we are dumb for even asking. These are not the qualities you want in a doctor.

Dr. J is very unprofessional. She barely listens to your concerns and walks out. I have never had such a terrible experience in my life till now. She should be more patient and listen to the needs of her patients. She barely spends a minute or two on you.
