Blue Cross / Blue Shield
Our one visit with this NP will be the only one. Everything about the visit was negative. She badgered my daughter to the point of tears, then badgered her about why she was crying. She offered no support or encouragement, just criticism of every detail of our management of my daughter's condition. Any input from us about what we had observed about our daughter's condition was unwelcome, despite the fact that we've lived with it for 4 yrs & have been completely responsible for day to day management. Based on the comments she made, we were not impressed with her knowledge or understanding of the condition. It was the most negative visit I've had with a medical provider in 33 years of being a parent.
