A great local GP who is very thorough, despite at times appearing a little casual. He diagnosed a life-threatening ailment that I had, which specialists had overlooked. Doug is a friendly, affable fellow who is often late, probably because he is so thorough and outgoing. Despite continually telling me I'm too fat and that I need to drink less, I'm very pleased to have him as my GP. Unfortunately, he now works less than full time and I fear he may be eyeing retirement!
