Dr. Denoon has helped me so much!! She is very knowledgeable, and doesn't give up! She is caring and is always available for support. She respects her patients time and money by keeping to her schedule times and will only run tests that are indicated rather than wasting her patients money on tests that are not indicated. It's great to have the balance between Natural remedies and prescription options. She spends a lot of time researching her cases to ensure she is exploring all options and to keep up to date on the latest findings. She always delivers a clear treatment plan with a clear timeline so you know what to expect. If she is unable to help with something, she will find someone to refer you to for help. Dr. Denoon has helped me get off of many prescription drugs, and manage my multiple health conditions more than anyone before her. I'm very grateful to have her help and support here in Fernie! The Elk Valley is lucky to have her!!

I have gone to this doctor for a few years now and each appointment I went to I felt like I would see a different person each time. Sometimes she was caring, other times in a pissy mood and rushing me out of the office. I do understand doctors have stressful days but as a patient I could feel this. I stopped going to this doctor for two reasons. One - my husband had been having quite a low immune system and was getting sick quite a bit. We went to her for immune help and she gave him a tincture she made. Well his next appointment he had gotten sick since taking her immune tincture and she basically told him there must be something seriously wrong with him and he needed tons of tests run at the hospital as her tincture is foolproof. Really? He was in tears fearing something was seriously wrong as her tincture is apparently gold.
Secondly she was telling me I needed vitamin shots which I was ok with. I went in for my last shot and I paid for a 15 minute appt and she basically just did the shot and rushed me out within a minute. I wanted to know her thoughts on when I would need to come in for next shot or if I ever needed these shots again. Anything. Nothing just rushed and sent on my way and that was it.
She definitely thinks she is more skilled than she is and that is why I sought out a naturopath in cranbrook. I would much rather do the drive than be seen by her again. Also, check out Cranbrook naturopaths as there are many highly rated and skilled ones that don’t make you feel like crap.

Dr. Denoon has helped me so much. She makes sure everything she suggests is researched and if she doens't know something, she finds out, or points me towards someone that does know. I never feel pressured to spend a bunch of money on supplements. I feel in control of my health for the first time in my life. Five stars is not enough!

So far Dr. Denoon is unbelievable. She makes sure we understand everything she talks about before we leave her office, she gives us email contact if we have any questions for her before the next visit. She follows up after visits. Also she speaks to the patient. She speaks to my son rather than making him feel invisible and not important. She gets the answers from him and not just from myself. She makes us all feel like a team. She cares and it shows, you are not just another patient, you are her patient. She has never been late for an appointment. And above all I can tell this is one educated Doctor. She isn't willing 'to just try' something, she researches things and comes back to us with programs. So informative, Dr Denoon has one our hearts and our health!

This Doctor was so helpful, i felt better in 1 week of starting her treatment and she taught me about my body!! i actually for the first time in 42 years understood why i hadnt felt good. She listens and is non judgemental and we talked about options for treatment she didnt just send me out the door with a prescription.
