Just saw again her for my second baby and she is just the best- gave me the biggest hug- the warmest doctor in the world- she makes you feel like everything will be ok- will keep having babies to see her!

Dr. Mc Caffrey is the second best GYN I've had. She is very kind, patient, compassionate, knowledgeable, and has a wonderful personality, Eventhough, Dr. MC Caffrey couldn't solve my painful abdominal pain at the moment. I suffer with a large ovarian dermoid cyst and endometriosis. She really cared about the suffering I am going through, she sadly told me that surgery was quite hard and dangerous, but she will try to help in some way. Eventhough, she said the surgery is dangerous, if I do eventually get it, I would completely trust her to bring me through the operation successfully. She and Dr. Kives are the two best GYN doctors I could ever have to see me through this ordeal.

Dr. McCaffrey was my OB for my second son. She was very knowledgeable and respectful of my decision to have a vaginal birth after an emergency C-section with my first. She provided options and always checked in on my decision each appointment to see if I was still comfortable. She was personable and professional. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. McCaffrey is an amazing surgeon and physician. She truly cared about treating my severe chronic pelvic pain and improving my quality of life from day one. She and her surgical team performed a complex 4.5 hour long procedure to remove severe Endometriosis and adhesions, plus an appendectomy. The surgery was longer and more involved than initially anticipated, and it was handled perfectly. My quality of life improved drastically and my pelvic pain was significantly reduced by the treatment.

I've seen many doctors and specialists for Endometriosis / chronic pelvic pain over the years, but she's the only one who changed my life. She's the reason I'm no longer curled up in a ball of pain on the floor. Thank you for your kindness and dedication, Dr. McCaffrey! Now I only wish she could be my primary gyno forever lol.

Dr McCaffery is the best OB in Toronto. She expertly managed an intense and high risk pregnancy for me. She was smart and compassionate and knowledgeable. She was patient with me after a miscarriage. I had both my babies with her and would do it 1000x over. Anyone would be lucky to have her as their doctor. She is just the very best.

Dr. McCaffrey is the best- you are very lucky is she is your OBGYN. I can’t thank her enough for her great care, her reassurance, warm nature, and feeling genuinely taken care of during my whole pregnancy. I delivered my first baby and felt like I was just a number at a different hospital in Toronto- this experience was totally different, because of her and st Michael’s- all the nurses and everyone you meet at St Michael’s is just so kind and helpful. Thank you for the care and please continue to teach students your impeccable bedside manner.

Dr. McCaffrey changed my life. She operated on my stage 4 endometriosis snd gave me my life back. I will be forever grateful for her skills, knowledge and kindness she showed me.
