They are professional and more importantly knowledgeable about hearing. They took the time to test me, and explain my audiogram in detail. Although I have a mild hearing loss, there recommendation was to monitor by hearing every six months.

Normally when one is addressing a hearing loss, there is a sense of apprehension and embarrassment. From our first visit, the staff, And Dr. Ana made us feel comfortable and instilled us with a sense of really wanting to help and not just collect a bill. The service has been outstanding, timely and of a professional caliber sorely lacking in the health care industry of today. Not only were they able to correct a hearing loss, but provide the level of professional support and experience that puts this practice in a class all it's own. We have recommended Ascent of McLean to many of out friends and associates. (As an aside to their level of commitment, during the holidays, the office had a support mechanism that included delivery, reception and guard service all provided by the immediate family!)
