Doctor is in a big rush with no one in waiting room. Doesnt listen cuts you off in mid sentence. Lets his staff do tasks he should do especially thru phone..important issues he should address not his secretary. No backbone to deal with people so uses his staff as a cushion..multip,e times i listen to his staff complain an laugh about patients they deal with right in front of me.. kinda feels like they dont like alot of the patients...btw i was with him for 10 years..many more complaints i can say

I was very pleased with Ben Jewell. I saw him for 6 years. Only reason I changed was due to insurance changes. Very good MD
