Warm and kind. Knowledgable and helpful! She listened to and addressed my concerns, explained my illness to me in terms I could understand and took the time to make sure I was comfortable.

This doctor dismissed my concerns. She did not allow me to make decisions for myself and was paternalistic. She acted like a robot instead of a human being. She told me she was going to speak with another physician and prescribe a medication for me. Instead, I was discharged by a nurse and never got a chance to talk to her again. I left the emergency room feeling worse than when I arrived. I ended up seeking help elsewhere. Then I searched the internet for about thirty minutes trying to find her name because it was nowhere on any of my discharge papers.
