The entire practice is disorganized and many staff are incompetent. They lose files, take weeks to give results of tests (some results are never discussed with patient). It usually takes 15 - 20 minutes on hold before being put through to a doctor or staff. Dr. Butler is not board certified and her knowledge base is very weak. Nurses at her hospital can't stand working with her. She is not up-to-date on diagnostic tests and she does not know when to refer patients to specialists.
