I would absolutely refer him to my family and friends. He was amazing. He was friendly, kind and explained everything in a way I could understand. Most of all he cares and it shows when speaking to you. He is one of the best doctors I have ever had the pleasure to meet...and I am 76 years old. He was professional, caring and put me at ease. I know he is that way with all patients and is a doctor that will personally call you re: test results and make sure you understand what needs to be done and why. Missy his assistant is wonderful also. She is an asset to his office and I always look forward to see her. Very good patient manner and makes sure the doctor has all the information needed to proceed with the appt. So I give Dr. Ordonez the highest score a 10!

I would highly recommend Dr.O.!! He takes his time to speak to you directly and will even return a phone call after hours because he is still in the office.:) Before procedures he comes in and explains everything and after he comes back to check on you and give you results personally. He is professional and caring and puts you at ease. I would like to compliment his asst. Missie too!! She is an asset to him and the staff. Returns phone calls quickly and gets answers to questions for you if she doesn't already know the answer. They work well as a team and will make what can sometimes be an embarrassing situation for a patient feel very comfortable. I have referred my husband to see him also and plan on referring other family members and friends.

Avoid at all costs. This man has thousands of patients and really doesn't have time for you or to listen to your needs. Under his care, I was the sickest i had ever been in my entire life with the meds he put me on. Called his office and left voicemails that were never returned. I was in and out of ER's and Urgent Cares for almost 2 months. When it was time for my appointment I realised why. While we waited almost 3 hours for him we heard staff making fun of a lady who called with concerns. When he finally arrived we voiced our concerns and he instantly got very defensive and his ego came out full force. He does NOT want to listen to you. He wants to lecture you. Even days after my appointment he called me STILL not understanding my concerns because he is unable to listen. Now I'm seeing a different doctor I am honestly extremely disgusted by the treatment I got here. Please don't bite yourself in the foot. Go to a doctor that addresses your concerns and really cares about you getting better!

Dr Ordonez is amazing! He gives the impression that he has done the procedure hundreds of times but the one he's doing for you is the most important one! He was very caring, professional, and reassuring. His staff are also wonderful. A great addition to Rockwood!

I was seen by two other specialists before being referred to Dr. Ordonez. He was the ONLY physician to properly diagnose me with Crohn's disease. He is very knowledgeable and professional, and he actually spent a lot of time listening to my concerns and answering all of my questions. I can tell he really cares about his patients. When I left his office, I had a much better understanding of my diagnosis and the treatment options. Finally, I feel like I’m on the road to recovery!! I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who desires the very best of care!

Dr. Ordonez was a very thorough and caring doctor. He spent a lot of time reassuring me of the colonoscopy I needed and explained in detail every step that would happen. He was there before the procedure and after. Dr. Ordonez is one of the most caring doctors I've ever met, and I've met a lot of them due to my condition. Thanks to Dr. Ordonez and staff!
