Dr. Berenshteyn and his staff are fantastic. My daughter has had braces for about 9 months and unlike what I've experienced in my childhood, Dr. Breenshteyn's office is leaps and bounds above where going to a dentist or orthodontist was a nightmare for kids. I highly recommend them!

I visited albany office with my daughter today. It was the first time to visit. They didn't check my insurance before I came in and didn't explain about that. Receptionist is not nIce. And the office manager was so rude. She was yelling at me and my daughter. We decide not to go there. They need to learn the customer service.

Very courteous staff and knowledgeable in regards to insurance benefits. My daughter loves it here and as an added bonus, they participate with my insurance (Aetna).
