On every level she listens and believes you. She literally saved my life just by listening to my symptoms and went ahead with an exploratory laparoscopy. Finding where the years of pain was coming from. I recommend her to all my female friends and family

The Medical Office Administer is unprofessional and horrible . She lost her temper and completely screwed up and refused to rectify her mistake. She needs to be let go!

Reception is atrocious-,she has repeatedly got my appointments wrong. Said she left messages , when I said my cell logs all incoming outgoing calls and she didn’t leave a message, she said you’re lying. Has cancelled my surgery 3 times and each time told me someone has cancer that is more important than you. I asked do you not allow for urgent appointments- her response was mind your own business. Although dr seems adequate I would shy aware.

I have had Dr. Lajoie for both my pregnancies and c sections. She is very calm and informative. I felt very safe in her care.

Between the receptionist and Dr Lajoie I couldn't recommend them more. Very kind, polite and helpful. I was seeing Dr. Lajoie for gynecological issues and eventual hysterectomy and throughout the whole experience I felt very well taken care of.

The receptionist was absolute garbage. She booked my first appointment without calling me and called to remind me of it and I had no clue what the appointment was for. She then proceeded to basically tell me I was lying, because she always calls people before booking but she didn’t. I always waited an excessive amount of time to be seem usually 30-45 minutes after my appointment. And neither the doctor or receptionist are ready at all. The receptionist also called me less than a day before my surgery. And did not tell me it was rescheduled, but told me she was reminding me of my appointment. But it was book for 8 am be there at six and she told me be there at 10 for 11. When in fact my appointment was moved to 1:30. I left a message asking to speak to the doctor because I was not dealing with her anymore and she called me back to tell me the doctor won’t call me today after I told her I would not speak to her. She is an absolutely disgusting person. Very rude. Can’t do her only job which is communicating appointment times PROPERLY. She’s is by far the work receptionist I have ever met. I do not recommend. You will be waiting forever, and will most likely have many appointment f***ed up. Many people also say the doctor has botch their procedures. So I will no longer be moving forward with her. Ridiculous who they refer people for help to nowadays

During my second pregnancy she told me that my son had down syndrome which was devastating to me . She ordered another round of tests and we found out that ge never had down syndrome !!! We then found out that my son had hydrocephalus which was confirmed by a specialist in Victoria. When Lajoie was telling me the news about my son she simply stated that " if baby lives " " he will have major issues ( a vegetable I believe she referred to his out come would be ) absolutely blown away by her unprofessional and completely lack of compassion !!! My sons neurologist said other wise!! He's a healthy ,walking and talking , comical boy . Shows what she knows!!

So glad that she's my gynecologist. She has been both knowledgeable and reassuring.
I have found that her staff as well are efficient and do their best to keep things running smoothly.
