Claire has a very polite and friendly personality and gave me confidence to be giving me my first of two Cochlear Implants. This was an enormous obstacle for me to contend with and my immediate impression when meeting Claire prior to my operation gave me confidence and peace of mind. Thank you ever so much Claire for an uneventful flawless procedure.

One of the most knowledgeable Dr's I have ever been to. Never felt like she was rushed , paid attention to what I said and answered all questions I had. I would recommend her to all.
