J'ai rencontré Dr Bichet pour la première fois en août 2023. Kim, infirmière auxiliaire de recherche, très gentille et efficace, m'a d'abord fait passer les tests nécessaire. Puis, Dr Bichet a voulu me voir en personne pour m'expliquer pourquoi il voulait me faire passer une résonance magnétique et une possible biopsie. Il a été d'une humanité et d'une présence peu commune chez les spécialistes. Il a pris le temps de bien m'expliquer son champ d'étude, ma condition et l'examen à venir. Il a répondu à mes questions, le tout sur un ton rassurant. Bien qu'il soit un grand chercheur reconnu dans son domaine, il reste près de ses patients avec une attitude de bienveillance et de respect. Je me sens bien prise en charge, comme jamais je me suis sentie. Merci à Dr Bichet et à son équipe.

Dr. Bichet is an incredible doctor. In fact, I do have "diabete insipide" since I was born. He also helped me to treat my son who has it too. I am pregnant right now, and he is still always available to help us! Thank you very much! You make a difference in our family's well-being!

I met Dr Bichet when I was 10 when he diagnosed my family with being carriers of a rare kidney disease. When I was pregnant with my first born I emailed it to get more info and he replied right away helping me. When I was pregnant with my second who turned out to be a boy, dr bichet was more than helpful with giving me information and also directing me to a nephrologist as we are not from montreal. He is an amazing doctor who knows his stuff and genuinely is there to help people.

Under extraordinary circumstances Dr. Bichet saved my son from a rare, previously undiagnosed, issue. I wish I could rate higher than 5s for all categories. He is a pleasure to deal with and extremely knowledgeable in his field and intelligent. His staff is also outstanding.
