I had an accident where I saw dr Butler. A couple months later I tried to get an appt on line multiple times because was having trouble. I then tried by phone but couldn’t get anyone to answer. Finally did and asked for his assistant Hanna. She was rude and cruel. He couldn’t get me in right away so asked if I could send pics so could get an antibiotic for infection that had set in with my foot. Sent her three emails with picture from two separate days and she denied receiving. My email said delivered. I asked if she could email me so I could try and reply with my pics so Dr Butler could receive them. Maybe that would work. She then said she was canceling my appointment I had been able to schedule two weeks later. What kind of Hippocratic oath is this? I don’t believe Dr Butler would approve of this behavior towards an existing patient that he personally told to contact if there were issues. I think Hanna just didn’t want to deal with extra work or with the truth that she receives vex the emails, so she canceled me. Unfortunately that reflects on Dr. Butler.
