Rare you actually see him, it’s usually a student which is completely fine, sometimes better, the issue is the help staff are terrible. Rude and dismissive. Something as important as appointment details, or for accessibilty, an email confirmation or even just general details - unwilling to provide, it’s “too much” to expect because of the amount of appointments they provide, the best they were willing to offer is that they could explain it over the phone and hope that I show up 2 months from the phone call with no notifications. considering it took me 4 phone calls over 3 days to get that… really advise going elsewhere if possible

The team is amazing! Dr. Joe is very personable and knowledgeable. Tracy and Sheila are so helpful. Such a kind group of people and I consider myself lucky to have gotten into such a great doctor and team of people. The services are outstanding.

Dr, Joe is caring, attentive, funny and intelligent. I have a wide array of health issues and Dr. Joe is always empathetic and open to my input as well as to his own thoughts. I truly like Dr. Zammit-Maempel as a person and his secretary, Tracy and nurse, Sheila are both one-of-a-kind!

his student doctors are pieces of work. basically accused my Significant of being an alcoholic because we are trying to get our child speech therapy and are pretty positive he's autistic. But the Dr. claimed it could be other things and kept pushing the question if my significant other drinks.. She isn't a drinker and doesn't drink. Thanks for the judgement of my Wife and Son. You guys are senseless.

Not very knowledgeable. Told me to wait to get my son speech therapy when we saw signs of autism when he was 1.5 years old, Now that he's almost 3 and we mention it again he puts us on a 18 month wait list....thanks a lot now our son wont even have speech therapy until he's supposed to be in school...Doctor has constantly made mistakes with my girlfriends diagnosis and almost killed her because they thought her gullbladder pain was all anxiety and she had to advocate for herself until they finally did the proper tests months later and at that point her gullbladder was dead and about to burst and couldve caused major complications . This doctor is a joke and im blown away that he has high ratings.

I am so happy Dr. Joe has moved upstairs to his own office now. Thank the lord! Dealing with the answering service and front desk staff that were downstairs was not nice. The blatant rudeness from them was really bad. As a Doctor, Dr. Joe has always taken the time to listen and help me with whatever I needed. He has always been thorough in explaining things, and spends the time needed to find resolution. His receptionist is very friendly and I also enjoy talking to the students who are there learning.

Very good doctor. You don't wait and his staff is very helpful. It is always a good thing when a doctor takes the time with you.
