Dr. Kulik has been our Pediatrician since my daughter was born in 2016 and also for my son born in 2017. I’ve witnessed her build and grow her amazing clinic KidCrew. She is seriously the best and her staff and supporting team of doctors have really helped us out over the years. She is very compassionate and has never dismissed my concerns when something just didn’t feel “right”. Don’t be put off by her no nonsense approach! I find when the clinic is busy, she is very straight to the point, but she will ALWAYS give your child the care they need and will make time if needed. Also, it is rare that the clinic is busy. Her front staff do an amazing job at scheduling, time management, and bringing in new doctors as needed. I always get a same or next day appointment, little to no wait times.
Keep up the amazing work Dr. Kulik and team!

We are thankful to have Dr Kulik as our children's physician. She is always available to us, even at the last minute, and provides important peace of mind when our kids are sick. The receptionists are kind and patient and seem eager to help. I appreciate the efficiency of Kidcrew as well, and how we can book appointments online.

This woman is by far the most pretentious, uncompassionate doctor who is responsible for taking care of babies and children! Her bedside manner is absolutely atrocious and when you are in her exam room, you can see she is completely devoid of feeling. She is so cold and I would never recommend her. What you see on social media is all smoke and mirrors; she is nothing like this in person. She refused care for my son who was her patient because I was 25 minutes late. I almost got into a car accident which was the reason for the delay and she refused to see him or give me appropriate care and she is his primary-care physician. The knot in my stomach that she refused to see a sick child who is a patient of hers makes me absolutely sick. BEWARE.

Your response is quick comical as you turned my child away even when we said we would pay the missed appointment fee. There was an opening for 1:20 PM because we were 25 minutes late instead of the 20 minutes, as per your policy, even though not one child was waiting in the clinic. We were then turned away for the 1:20 PM appointment because we were told it was for two sick children instead of one, even though it was 1:27 PM and two sick children did not take that appointment.

I also did call the clinic, multiple times after this was posted and there was zero accountability. Shame.

While I appreciate Kidscrew’s administrative staff (very quick to respond, always professional), as well as many of the other doctors at the clinic, I’ve never had a good experience with Dr. Kulik. I always leave feeling like I’ve done something to personally offend her. And that she’s judging me as a parent and thinks I’m dumb. I’m not asking for great “bedside manner” but patients and their caregivers deserve baseline respect. I’m relieved to see other reviews that validate my recent experiences with this doctor.

Very disappointed, especially given the high reviews. Dr. Dina treated my son for ADHD but we ultimately chose to go else where because she seemed rushed, wasn’t interested in hearing about challenges he was having with medication. Felt disregarded, ignored and rushed. Honestly one of the worst experiences I have had with a doctor.

Kidcrew has been a godsend for our family. Our pediatrician is knowledgeable and kind and patient. The staff are always courteous and accommodating and bend over backwards to make us feel valued. We really feel they want our kids to feel well. During the pandemic they went above and beyond to ensure the kids could be seen and not always need the emergency room. Thank you

Dr. Kulik is incredibly dismissive, uninterested in listening to our concerns as parents, and makes me feel like an absolute fool for asking questions. I have never felt any warmth from her, only annoyance that I dare interrupt her day. I'm looking to switch pediatricians after initially being so grateful to be on her roster.

We are very thankful to Kidcrew and to Dr Kulik for seeing my kids whenever they need. We have had a tough time seeing our usual doctor when our kids are sick, and Kidcrew has been a godsend to us. We don't always have to go to the emergency room or clinics filled with other sick people!

I can’t understand the positive reviews on here. Since day 1, I have found Dr. Kulik to lack bedside manner or any genuine care for my children as her patients. She rushes appointments, brushes off every concern and issue and comes off as an egotistical snob. She cares way more about her social media and personal brand than she does her individual patients.

During the pandemic it has nearly been impossible to get an in-person appointment for anything other than shots/age-based checkups. She and her staff are very quick to send you to an emergency room before assessing in person.

The facility is nice, the nurses are lovely and the admin staff are fine. Those are the only positives.

Dr Dina Kulik is knowledgeable, however, she may not be a good fit for parents who are looking for someone to not only “doctor” but to also be compassionate with first time parents. Her appointments feel rushed and she comes off as curt and borderline rude (not sure if that is her intention) Her advice is always based on what she did with her kids rather than referencing science. She can work on her bedside manner to be more friendly and approachable and maybe crack a genuine smile here and there. She almost makes you feel like you are asking silly questions and there is dead silence on the phone from her end when you start a virtual call with her making the call awkward right off the bat. If you watch her Instagram stories she is all smiles and bubbly (seems so fake) compared to how she actually is in appointments. Not impressed with her overall demeanour. I have had interactions with other doctors at her clinic and have left the call feeling confident, listened to and at ease. Would not recommend her.
