When I sought his help for a foreign body in my eye, he dismissed my concerns with a condescending 'I'm the professional' attitude. Despite another doctor's referral due to their discomfort in removing the object, Dr. Shrada brushed off their opinion. In the end, I had to take matters into my own hands and remove the foreign body myself at home. It's evident that Dr. Shrada prioritizes his ego over patient care."

My dad had both of his eyes done with Dr. Sharda. His eyes were so bad he was basically completely blind. His eyes after his cataract surgery are better than mine now. I am VERY thankful for everything him and his staff did for us. The reception were nothing but accommodating for us also!

A referral made to see this doctor. I have been several times and same tests done over and over and there was no knowledge as to what was wrong or how to proceed. Secretary claimed she called and left a message two years ago ??? to book a follow up. I never received a phone call or message. Doesn’t mean she didn’t make the call, but with 5 people living in my house not one ever heard a message on the machine for a follow up. After realizing too much time had passed, I called to book the follow up myself. I was told I was already given a call, it was not returned, and now I have to go through the entire process again to see this Doctor by getting a referral through my GP. She was short and rude, and insinuated I neglected to call them back. Message for the staff??? Never assume and it’s ok to try one more time to call the patient.

The coordinator is very rude. I called to find out why no one was returning my voice mails and she said that she wasnt going to help me and that there was no one else for me to talk to about it. Unprofessional.

My wife and I both had double cataract surgery performed by Dr. Sharda. From our 1st contact with the office, through pre op and surgery, and further follow up, we have nothing but praise for Dr. Sharda and the staff. They we all pleasant, considerate, and very helpful.

Dr. Sharda always makes me feel relived as I suffer from Iritis. I am coming in to see them as I have this condition frequently every year. Sometimes twice a year. He explains every question that I have. I don’t mind the wait as I enjoy the tv special s to watch while I wait! He always knows how long the cells in my eye have been after examining my eye!! He also has a good sense of humour as I am frustrated with Iritis that keeps coming back!! We all need a Great eye specialist like him around!!

I am very discouraged with Dr. Sharda’s office staff and their lack of professionalism.
I am also discouraged with Dr. Sharda’s lack of professionalism.
I have accompanied many clients to see Dr. Sharda, it has always been a good experience for them. However, in saying that now my husband needs to see Dr. Sharda. Twice Dr. Sharda has cancelled his appointment and is not rescheduling the cancelled appointments. My husband referral was sent November of 2017.
My husbands eyesight has now decreased rapidly. His last appointment was cancelled August 10th for the second time. I received a call today from his office stating that they will not be rebooking at this time. This is an urgent matter and they don’t seem to care.

I have found Dr. Sharda to be approachable and his office runs very efficiently. It is also a very busy office, but you never feel rushed. I have heard that he is the best and I believe it.
