He asked and I told him on the 1st appointment I was there because "I have 3 painful incurable diseases and needed support and encouragement". On the 3rd appointment he made it clear HE FORGOT THAT! He did belittle me. He avoided answering any kind of questions. I found him to be a narcissistic, ignorant, control freak. I gave him a huge amount of very personal and deep information and he had no comments. I could tell he is at a loss as to how to help with anything.
