I want to share my appreciation and gratitude to Dr. Bhullar, Mai and the rest of the team for giving such an amazing customer experience. I recently went for a eye exam and realized my eyesight has weakened and would need glasses. They were very helpful and empathic to my needs as it would ne the first time I would be wearing prescription glasses. They able to find an excellent pair of glasses with the right lens that matched my face, I instantly fell in love them.

Not being used to having glasses I ended up losing the glasses during a hike. I went back to the Look clinic and they were able to order me the exact same pair I had misplaced in a short period of time a discounted rate as it came under warranty.

After using these glasses for some time, I have noticed my headaches have gone away and have more energy due to less eye strain.

I cant thank Shalinder and Mai enough for the support they have given me.

He is okay for a basic eye exam. Other than that will try to make you pay for treatments you do not need. Not knowledgeable or helpful for more serious issues.

After his visit I received a text saying they would give me a $10 gift card for a good review. BE Careful. He kept pushing me to get a $1500 treatment after I told him multiple times I couldn’t afford it. Went for a 2nd opinion and the optometrist told me I never needed it in the first place. I DO NOT trust his opinion. He was like a pushy car salesman. I wouldn’t trust all the reviews posted on this site.

If you have a hard time dealing with beaurocratic stuck up people, this place is for you. Although your dealing with Doctors they in no way condescend or speak using words that require degrees to understand. They helped in removing a foreign body from my eye, and are one of the few places with rare but necessary modern technology for eye health. I saw Dr. Bhullar long time ago but this extremely kind doctor really go above and beyond and very thorough with eye exam. Friendly knowledgeable and compassionate. Will def. go back if i have any more problems . staff is great too

Not only does Dr. Bhullar go above and beyond to deliver an extraordinary eye exam and overall client experience, but his entire team is hand picked and extremely receptive to his patients needs. I was blown away with the level of technology available for a simple eye exam at his clinic, showing me the ins and outs of my retina, and optic nerves. He also goes the extra mile in explaining simple life tweaks and hacks to be used for better overall eye health through a holistic approach. Then the real magic happens when it’s time to actually get your glasses made. The level of options available for lenses at his clinic, including blue blockers and special coatings literally make the difference between your average pair of glasses being VHS and what this clinic delivers Ultra HD 4K. Hand down best eye exam experience ever, and I always know him and his team will be there for me and when I need them, for any issues along the way including replacements and adjustments. I highly recommend Look Optometry. I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years and still will be coming back. Dr Bhullar is amazing with his expertise and gives you a thorough explanation. Another thing I like the most too is clinic will enthusiastically work on how much you can afford for frames and lenses. Staffs are very friendly and very accommodating.
