Our family has been with Dr. Eckler for over 18 years and moved offices with her three times. I can appreciate the feedback about past support staff because we, too, had similar feelings; however, in the new office space, the support person is wonderfully efficient and kind.
As for Dr. Eckler's care and expertise, I cannot say enough good things about her. She's empathetic. compassionate and truly wants to ensure her patients getting the care they require. She's generous with her time and never wants you to leave before ALL your questions are answered.
In an era where our healthcare system is grossly underfunded and doctors are leaving general practise in droves for more lucrative specialities, Dr. Eckler is a rare gem, indeed. She's there because she cares. Full stop.
Our family is grateful for all she does and cannot recommend her enough.

Dr. Eckler has been my doctor for over 25 years and all I can say is I am blessed! Her medical expertise is married with her compassion and her deep insights....she found my cancer at such an early time...and she is always available to listen and to give amazing advice. I consider myself a truly lucky woman to have her on my journey in life.

We've been doing to see Dr. Eckler for over 10 years and she's always shown compassion, empathy and a true concern for overall health. I would agree that some members of the support staff are less than professional and, at times, could be described as unprofessional and hostile, the care Dr. Eckler provides surpasses any of the mainstream doctors we'd visited prior.

She’s great. Helpful, generous with her time, communicative, willing to get at the cause of things. She really cares about her patients. But the office leaves a lot to be desired: surly support staff that make you feel uncomfortable (both medical and admin); basic vaccines and boosters (HPV, Hep) can’t necessarily be done there because they don’t maintain their supplies. Same with the naturopathic supplies — no arnica but plenty of other obscure remedies.

Unfortunately this doctor lacks basic knowledge of chemistry. She refuses to address more than 2 symptoms at a time because “ I get paid for only 2 for each visit” rather than take a full history. She will only refer to consultants who are her friends/contacts rather than the best specialist for the job or one you are requesting. Wait times are loooong and her personal life takes precedence.
