Very competent Dr. and staff. However, after my facial surgery, I needed a bed to recuperate but none there-would be kind to have a place where a 77yr old could lay down. Thanks

Dr Lortie really cares about his patients. I was in emergency and got referred to him. The office got me in to see him in less than a week which I really appreciated because of how much pain I was in. The treatment he prescribed worked well, and when I had to call the office for a question about my prescription, one of the nurses called me back in less than an hour.

Dr lortie and his staff are so great. Had a small cancer surgery and felt at ease the entire time. I especially appreciated the time the surgery booking lady Amanda took to explain things and answer all my questions. Most offices seem so rushed these days but I felt like I was cared for.

Dr. Lortie is one of the most knowledgeable! I am very glad I met this doctor in 2016. I had problems with the hives, not even one doctor couldn’t explain me what is going on with me. But he did. He always was explaining everything and spending time as much as you need. Not like most doctors are. Like only “what do you need? This is your prescription”... Dr. Lortie is doctor from God. It’s so important when you find such a doctor, I was so lucky to meet him! Thanks to him for treating me! Unfortunately I got my problem backand can’t visit Dr. Lortie because living in Toronto, but at least now I know how to deal with it.
