Very unhappy with Dr Olorunsola, she is clueless and spends her whole time looking at her computer, really has no knowledge. Takes weeks to get in to see her. Very scatterbrianed, it's as of she doesn't know why your there and does not have any clue about your medical history. Spent a week leaving messages everyday to get a prescription called up to the pharmacy, she never ended up calling. I had to use an online doctor who within 10 mins called it in to the pharmacy.

CAnt get an appointment for six months, in spite of sever pain and immobility cant get an exam to diagnose problem, seems to be mostly the obnoxious staff at desk wont relay my request and laugh at me over the phone

I like Dr Olorunsola very much; the problem is the staff. How does a doctor keep in their employ rude and incompetent staff? They don’t place test or pharmacy orders when told, they don’t return your calls, they’re rude and short over the phone and in person. They appear to dislike their jobs and the patients who are causing them such grief by phoning or showing up for their appointments. These people do not belong in the health care field.

we feel like Dr. Olo is always defensive. We feel like a medical system is not for us to help. We can wait for Dr.O half an hour, she will not apologize but at the end, she will tell us that she already gave us 30 minutes of her privet time! Unbelievable! Whenever we go there-there is 10 minutes or more when she has to read everything on her computer. Whenever we ask for a specialist referral, we hear that they won't' do anything about that. Well. they already did 3 surgeries! I have no trust in my doctor. Visits are not pleasant. She told us that she does not see way to communicate with us! Unbelievable! Whenever we go there, we have to study the computer very well, so we know what's going on, otherwise, we don't get enough explanation. The gestures are unacceptable, poking fingers in our faces while talking to us. Very disappointing.

Many problems getting anyone to answer phone, even after you get thru all the voice messages! Person making appt said 3:50,, when I got there she says oh it was 3:15, I will see if u can get in, Dr said no time! Shouldn’t u b ahead, if appt really was at 3:15, not behind, then have the nerve to charge me for missed appt!! Calledfor 1 year old, who has had pneumonia twice in last 3 months and we thought had bladder or kidney infection too! Reception says WE CANNOT GET HER IN UNTIL NEXT TUESDAY, this is on Tuesday morning! Should you not set aside some time to see patients that are very ill, but not need emergency! We were directed to after hours clinic! Terrible way to fill your clinic! No wonder Emerg is over used!

Have never had a better Doctor! She is compassionate and caring and listens to help with all health (which is what health is... treating the whole person, not just the symptoms).
