Extremely helpful and informative. He was happy to chat through all my concerns and provided me with balanced and honest feedback of what was feasible or recommended next steps. I felt heard and my symptoms and concerns were validated and explained comprehensively. I was definitely not rushed through the appointment as I've experienced with a different endocrinologist in the past.

Dr Hughes was also able to do a thyroid ultrasound in his own rooms during our appointment, which was a huge benefit as there are often multiple time-consuming and exhausting visits for scans and imagery that are needed for consultations with specialist health professionals. Wonderful to get that done at the same time.

I would recommend Dr Hughes and will definitely visit again should I need to in the future.

Impressed me with his current knowledge and clear explanations. I liked to fact that he did not push medications and did not suggest seeing me again for two years which is realistic considering the great improvement in my previous osteoporosis since using Prolia

Went to see Dr Hughes. Had partial thyroidectomy 20 years ago .Went to see him as I feel so bad. Took my history, Ultrasound to remaining thyroid 6 nodules discovered. Told me I needed surgery to lose weight (which I do) However was not given any medication for thyroid issue just pills to lose weight . Feel very let down and disappointed.

Really kind lovely man. Was very happy for me to email him asking about medication and symptoms rather than doing to see him all the time. Always on time and willing to listen.
