He doesn’t really care. It is all about money. Doesn’t address any issues,all are normal. We know our bodies and it isn’t normal. He can’t be bothered.

I went to this doctor for a check of my adernal and pituatiy glands not my thyroid. Told him a # of issues I was having come to find out I receive his assessment in the mail not only did he say I was there for my thyroid which I specifically put on my intake paper I was not. I received a letter back saying I denied having shortness of breath,menstrual period are regular I did complain of both and the office specifically asked to bring a copy of my last tsh # which was 1.38 the doctor I where I go to were very happy with that # he doesn't even have that listed as my past bloodwork . His bloodwork shows I am now4.0 in the normal range to him didn't take into account in 3 months my tsh went from 1.38 to 4.0 . Obviously he didn't listen very well to anything I will never go back to this office again for any issue. I have been dealing with my thyroid for 2 years now been to 2 endocrinologist first time I am writing a review ever that's how strongly I feel about this doctors visit if you want to call it that.

I was diagnosed with Diabetes Type 2 2 1/2 years ago. Luckily, I was referred to Dr. Edelson by a friend of his. He and his office staff have been very good at taking care of my needs. When I had trouble with my insurance company not approving the new drug I needed as I had horrible side effects from the first drug, they went above and beyond to get it approved. I would recommend Dr. Edelson in a heartbeat!

Worst experience in a doctors office ever. I was recommended to him because of his "knowledge" in bones. His recommendation for my continous fractures and bone density of a 60 year old? Stop doing the activity that is causing them. Haha. Walking...he got upset and rude and then told me to take birthcontrol pills because I obviously wasn't going to leave without something. I went to a different doctor at UofM. He was appalled at his diagnosis and treatment. So rude. I loved how I had to pay to receive that treatment.

Don't try to get Dr. Edelson to call you back. The office staff will take your messages or questions and call you back. You have to get really upset or write a letter as I did to get him to call me back. One of the staff told me he is so behind and has too many files backed up to call anyone. Took over a week to get results from blood work. An assistant said to me, "if the new medicine does not work, you may want to consider surgery" That should never have happened. That should only have been discussed with me by the doctor! I finally wrote and faxed a letter today detailing all the issues with his office and in particular that I have been waiting a week for a call back. He finally called me back and that is how I now found out that the medicine dosage given to me by the assistant a week ago was drastically wrong. He did not even apologize for the med mess up or anything in the letter. What a joke. Stay away from this doctor!!!!!

horrible horrible doesnt care to take the time to help hard to get in and in the end waste of time he just says sorry i cant help you your a hormone dr if you cant figure out hormones why are you a dr?
