wanted to do surgery on a 'growth" that was just a scar from a metal desk from 40 years ago. And went full beotch mode when I refused. Wanted multiple appointments, one to just talk about medicine, one to discuss labwork (before it was determined if there was anything wrong with lab work. Had problems getting medicine refilled because I had "only been there once" this was six months later and their own policy is to fill prescriptions for a year. And wanted to change medications that were working perfectly fine, my guess is to have another reason for yet another appointment. It was just money grubby hands. Hey the insurance doesn't cover tests with no basis, or multiple office visits. But who cares about the patient? Just the almighty dollar. One thing that should have been taken care of by a referral, wasn't given one. Primary reason I went in the first place wasn't even recorded in record and she had the balls to tell me they offer that treatment to everyone. My doctor retired. I now just go to quick care if I have a problem, and I don't have medications I need. I wouldn't even want her as a nurse.

She is so very kind, she takes time for you. Listen an cares! Very blessed to have her as my doctor! Highly recommend Dr.Lucy Shamblin to everyone. Staff is also great!
