We've seen Doctor Khanna for 8 years. She has always been great and I can always get a same day appointment - even though they are booked. I don't mind waiting if I can see her the day I need to. We have been very happy with her and her office staff.

Horrible in following up with referrals even though called her office numerous times and begged someone to respond about my daughter's lab tests with allergist but no help.

I've always been pleased with Dr. Khanna's advice and manners with my child. She has always been helpful, funny, and seems to give my son and I all the attention necessary to leave comfortably her office. She can say things a little rough at times but I have never felt her being disrespectful. I have several friends I have recommmended Dr. Khanna to and they are very happy with her.

I had been seeing her off and on since I moved three years ago. She was wonderful when I met her and I felt comfortable with her. I am an eczema sufferer and went back to her for help. I have been on everything on God's green earth and she said she had a new cream for me. In handing me this new cream, she continued to scold my mother for not taking proper care of me. But wait, it does get worse. The cream she had given me (in sample form first!) came without a paper and I found out what was in it *after* I paid $75 for a prescription. It turns out I was using a cream that I was allergic to. As my doctor, I expect her to know what I am allergic to. I am disappointed in her practice and am in the process of finding a new doctor.

I would not recommend this Dr. The office is extremely on time, so if 5 minutes late there is a possibility of not being seen. The office is very clean. Our bad experiences were the result of the Dr. not following up on the written letters by the immunologist. I received the same letters she did. This caused frustration all around. At the time I also had to ask for receipts for payments, for tax purposes. This tends to be an issue in CA. She did listen and seemed very judgmental. We were in the middle of tests and my boys were begging me to leave and find them a new Dr. I told them that after all tests as recommended by the immunologist were finished we would change. Well we received a letter dismissing us as clients because I would not listen. Thankfully I had other Dr.s aware of the struggles and we moved on quickly. This may not be a problem for those with well children, mine were chronically ill. I did listen and I did as told. She did want our input or other Dr.s'. I am a RN BSN.
