Dr Klavans spent about 1 minute or less total time before and after he removed my kidney. I rescheduled a time to have stitches removed in his office when he was supposed to be there. He was not there.

Great doctor, lousy staff. Very unreliable in sharing information, calling in scrips, etc. Office manager with a sarcastic attitude, resents being bothered.

Unfortunately I was one in 1,000,000 to experiment a bad result... the doctor installed a sling to correct my bladder but he put it too high and I have had lots of problems voiding ever since... I have to go through another surgery to cut the sling off... lots of suffering and more expenses to come since I am not on medicare (under 65)
