Presented with 5 issues needing addressed. Headaches,severe nausea,well woman exam..etc. Office staff was informed of this at time of appt. would need extra time with doc. Doc took quick background,focused on one issue and ignored the rest...very unprofessional. Doc was 30 min late for appt. Ordered some tests and sent me on my way, said I would need to make another appt to complete the well woman exam..what?? That's why I came here in the first place!!!

The staff are not very helpful and it is impossible to get the doctor to call you. Only the nurse will return your call and then you go back and forth wasting time on phone calls, if they return your call the same day. The doctor is excellent when you go to see her. She knows the meds and knows what you can and not take if your taking other meds. She is very good at diagnosing your problem and if she can't figure it out she will send you to a specalist that can. Getting refils are terrible. It takes any where from 3 to 5 days to get them to return an ok to the pharmacy if your lucky. The staff at the office are not very friendly nor cooperative and don't always give the information to the nurses. I think the doctor is excellent and has excellent bedside manner but her staff and nurses leave a lot to be desired. As much as I like the doctor but I am looking for someone else that is good but also has a good staff.

She has been my doctor and followed her when she moved her practice to another. I love her!!! My style of dealing with health concerns perfectly match her style of treatment. She listens and trust her patients. I can't say enough good things about her. Her new location and staff is wonderful. In fact, i'll be seeing her again sometime this week!

GREAT doctor! TERRIFIC attitude. LISTENS to you. Make a list of things--she'll get to it all. Her office personnel are great people. They will work you into their busy schedule if you absolutely need it. Wait is not TOO awful. It's kinda expected because she has a very busy practice. High volume patient load. The wait is definitely well worth it! All my family members have switched to her. They all have had nothing but wonderful things to say about her. NO REGRETS about choosing her as my family MD. You'll be in good hands with her. I highly recommend her. :)

She is extremely helpful and a good listener. She has good knowledge of the latest medicines and keeps tract of all your meds for interaction problems. She takes a lot of time with you and because of that tends to run very late with appointments. She is very good at diagnostics and if need be sends you to a qualified specialist. She and her staff are not always good about returning calls within 48 hours. It takes on average 3-4 days to return calls to the pharmacys for refills. I would rate her high as a primary doctor because of her caring and working with other doctors (specialists).
