I had MRSA and I had developed sepsis. In the emergency room, the doctor could not get a central line into my chest, and I really needed it. I am not sure how Dr Cohen came to be there, but he came and he was very kind to me and joked with me and he asked me if I was ready for the "bad part" and I said I was, then he said that it was okay, he was finished. I had not felt much at all. I worked a very low-end job and had no insurance. I never got a bill at all. God bless him.
