Dr France is very knowledgeable and will spend all the time needed. I never feel rushed. My only complaint is that one needs to make appointments months in advance even for an illness that comes on suddenly, which we all know is impossible or have a walkin clinic as a BACKUP!

After hearing that this doctor might be able to help me, I went to see her. I don't think she is up on the latest technologies. As mentioned above if you dispute, or question anything she says, she does get argumentative. She did take the time for a history, did seem to listen the first visit but after that it went downhill. She doesn't like you to suggest possibilities, nor will she listen to them. I went to a different doctor and got a dignosis followed by an operation, and have been doing wonderful. Her office staff is horrible. I watched them rudely talk about patients, as well, a poor little old man whom could barely stand, was ridiculed because he didn't understand what they were telling him. Her nurse doesn't know what compassion means. Just awful and nose up in the air to those that don't have medical insurance. Talked to a patient accross the lobby, so everyone could here. She was a young pregnant lady. I had about 4-5 visits and would never go back there!

I have been a patient of Dr. Diane France for several years and was quite pleased until this past year. In my last two visits, spanned across 4 months, her diagnosis was vague, she seemed disinterested and became argumentative in discussion of symptoms. Her staff was slow,even inaccurate when scheduling referrals. She seems to have lost her focus on patient care, which was exceptional in previous years.

like her a lot. When you do get in to see her she is focused and spends a good amount of time with you. Seems to really listen.
